KAREN KNIGHT, LMHC

What is therapy?

Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is one of the most important steps of the therapeutic journey. Feeling safe, heard and valued is its own healing force. When coupled with an interactive experience of expressing emotions and gaining new perspectives, therapy can profoundly impact your life. Whether you are looking for a tune up or a major overhaul, we will work together to get you back in the driver’s seat again.

I earned my Masters degree in Counseling from Indiana University in 1998 and my Licensed Mental Health Counselor accreditation in 2001. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults whose concerns range from anxiety and depression to life adjustment challenges.
